I called Tidy Tank plumbing because my sump pump line broke. Dan was here within 45 minutes. He looked at the obvious issue but then investigated further to make sure that there were no other related issues such as frozen drain lines, etc. He went through all of the options from doing a simple repair to replace it with a top quality sump pump and backup system. He did not push me in any direction nor try to upsell me. Once the choice was made he had all of the equipment on the truck, completed the work, tested the system, and cleaned up. Ive always had very good luck with their septic service and now I can add their plumbing service to that.
