We unfortunately experienced significant flooding following the historic rainfalls that occurred this year. We really needed the sewer line investigated to determine if it was backed up. The technician from A&J was fantastic. He was very thorough, took time to explain what he was finding in the sewer, took time to discuss the situation, and worked hard to remove the unusual amount of debris and rocks that had settled in the sewer. We definitely had a lot backing up the sewer which led to our flooding. He was wonderful to work with. We are so appreciative of all of the help and work we received.

We had an ongoing blockage issue in our condo. AJ came and cleaned out the catch basin and the lines. The technician communicated what he was going to do and did it right the first time. We will have them come back for regular maintenance every other year to prevent further issues.

Great service and great price, Great staff, shout out to Claudio and his assistant Johnathan! They were awesome and professional, l had been quoted prices to have my catch basin cleaned out that were outrageous so I put it off. My neighbor was getting his cleaned, when he told me how much he paid, I was shocked how low the cost was. I talked to Claudio asking when he could clean my basin, he made a call to the office and said he could do it right then and there, I was blown away!!!!!!

We had sewage backing up into the house. To say we made this call for service under duress is an understatement. Everyone involved was polite, courteous, and ready to assist. Craig brought his truck out, found and cleared the septic tank and educated me on where and how everything works. They didn’t destroy the yard and were affordable too. Phenominal job all the way around. A++ service
