I have a 100-year-old home that, as I originally was advised by another plumbing company, may not have been connected to the city sewer and has an early form of "septic" system. I called A&J to come take a look and pump the septic "pit" below my garage slab since I understood that kind of system requires regular maintenance.

Tierney came to my house with his pump truck and quickly confirmed that my system was *actually* connected to the village sewer and is an old flow-through septic-to-sewer system. This was great news since, up to that point, I was concerned that I had a cess pit leaching stuff into the ground and no sewer connection. 😅

He pumped out the basin in about 20 minutes, and recommended having it pumped every two years to keep the solids at bay. He even gave some great input on how to keep the system from giving us issues in the future!

All in all, I had a great experience with A&J, and I'll definitely be calling them again when the time comes.
