A friend who owns a few houses recommended that I call 911 Locksmith. After my experience, I can absolutely understand why my friend has been using them for all these years. The scheduling was easy and they were incredibly flexible and allowed the rekey to take place without my physical presence. They also kept me informed and updated me throughout the whole process. After the job was completed, they left my key in the lockbox and mailed me two keys as well. I was able to conveniently pay the invoice online with a link and review my invoice online. The whole experience was hassle free and convenient. I definitely recommended 911 and will continue to use them for my future locksmith needs.

I called 911and a technician came immediately, worked on it for more than an hour, and DID NOT CHARGE me even though the 10 year warranty had long expired. 911 stood proudly behind there product and workmanship. 911 offered the best locks to my house. The multi lock three in one is so suffocated. Thank you 911. I’m impressed!
