The locksmith company was assigned by American Home Shield. I will have to say that this company is one the the best ones they ever sent out. They were excellent: 1) texted me approx arrival time and had photo of the service tech 2) service tech called telling me he will be there within 10 minutes and asked if that was a good time for me. 3) actually arrived within 10 minutes. 4) had my 4 locks rekeyed within 8 minutes and was done and on his way within 15 minutes of arrival. He was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for your locksmith needs.

The key pad on the front door locked me out. The battery died I was stressing!! I needed in the house all my meds that I needed to take were in there. The deadbolt needed to be unlocked. The key pad wouldn't budge. So we tried the back door deadbolt it worked. I'm one happy customer. Thank you! And the tech also replaced the battery free he just happened to have and extra 9 volt

He was able to resolve both problems, and advised me as to the solutions and let me choose what work he would perform.
