They give honest and helpful advice and conduct a thorough and knowledgeable inspection. I would recommend them to anyone. Their services are customizable and you can literally tailor their services to your needs and not feel pressured to get services you don’t need. There’s also additional benefits like a complimentary concierge service and a variety of special offers. Joe and Bryan were quick and responsive and answered all questions right away!

He was punctual at the inspection and was very knowledge about the conditions in the house. We are buying an old house and was very knowledgable about what to be looking for with that kind of home. He was very patient, completely answered ALL of our questions and was able to explain issues for everyone to understand especially since we are not well versed in home construction. The turn around for the report was quick and exactly what he had told us at the inspection. He also very supportive and accessible stating we can call him with any questions or clarifications. As a first time home buyer Richard went above and beyond to make me feel knowledgeable and confident in my purchase. Money well spent! Not only did he walk me through each step he did, he also introduced me to some plant and tree species in my backyard AND Followed up with a podcast episode for my house that included even MORE facts about my house that I didn’t even know! (Of course he kept my identity private) did I mention they were able to get me in THE VERY NEXT DAY and they contacted me within 5 minutes of submitting my inquiry form! That’s the type of service I enjoy and would recommend to absolutely anyone. As a business owner myself I cannot recommend this company enough! 10 stars all around great job!!
