I was unable to stay for the whole inspection, but while I was there Joe offered to let me join him and gave very detailed information on why defects he identified were problematic and suggested next steps. Report was thorough and included sufficient photos for preliminary repair quotes from other professional services. Very good and will use again if I buy in this region.
