Rana was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot about my Heat Pump today. He was very patient and methodical and checked all systems before leaving. I would recommend his service to anyone. High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. installed a new Generalaire humidifier which includes a water saver. The technician patiently answered all of our questions. Hopefully, our water bill goes down and no more dry nose during the winter.
