The room was very clean . Price was right. The pool is good . Breakfast was good. The staff was really nice . The lady working the night shift at the front desk, went out of her way to be kind to me. I will stay here every time I come to Springfield.

They took great care of us. My sister got very sick and everyone went above and beyond. Room was very clean and the beds were awesome.

Great hotel. Clean and organized. Great pool. Terrific hot breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Tv remote was difficult to manage. Great using my points.

Room was clean. No odors or bugs. Both the evening staff and morning breakfast staff were very professional and polite. Give them a raise! Pool was warm and clean and the kids loved it. Breakfast had great options and was clean throughout both the service and eating areas. We'll probably visit again next time we come down to see more caves!

The place could use a little sprucing up, but the service was good. Bobbie in the breakfast room was adorable, friendly, and took great effort to provide us all with a nice breakfast experience. If you aren’t comfortable with pets in your hotel, this is not the hotel for you. Lots of dogs visited here with their owners.
