From the very beginning, **** and his crew ( ****** and ****) were very efficient, professional and courteous. **** took the readings and measurements very satisfactorily and explained everything. When ****** and **** came to remove the flooring and install fans and dehumidifiers they did an excellent job. They removed the debris and my husband and I were very pleased. It was super noisy for a few days but it did as intended! Wall and floors are dry. No moisture worries. Retrieving their equipment was quick even with only one person!! I would recommend the company and the crew to anyone. Excellent work!

I had a capped waterline break in my bathroom, and someone came out at 7:30 on New Year's Eve! The ladies were knowledgeable and informative and gave me peace of mind. (They also took a selfie with me to commemorate the holiday. ??)

We had a frozen water pipe break, and Xpert Restoration sent out two very nice young men to take care of the damage. They were very professional, did a fantastic job tearing out the damaged drywall and carpet, and cleaned up the areas very well. They took the time to explain what they were going to do, and answered our questions. They were a pleasure to work with.
