I have been using this company since last year (2x a year) and am very pleased with their service. I have used some of the larger pest control companies in the past and by comparison I prefer World Class to any other. Their customer service is excellent and their actual solutions work very well. On top of that, their pricing is very good. I recommend them highly!!

Company is very professional. Technician is thorough, explains any insect conditions he finds, and is always courteous and friendly. The service rate is fair and no one in the company has ever tried to sell me more service than I need. I highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend this place enough. They are extremely responsive with a great follow up process. Gene was knowledgeable and thorough, explaining things every step of the way even after the initial treatment. From the initial appointment - which took place just a couple of hours after I called on a Saturday - all the way through their post-treatment check ins, I have been impressed the whole way through.
