If you're searching for a used car, look no further than True Buy Auto and their excellent salesperson, Amanda! My experience buying a 2022 Civic there was nothing short of fantastic.
From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Amanda greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She wasn't pushy or overbearing, and we had talked online and over the phone and allowed us to test drive the car we were looking at.
The Civic I test-drove was fantastic, just like the pictures online. Amanda answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, even the nitty-gritty ones about mileage and maintenance history. She was knowledgeable about the car and its features, which made me feel confident in my decision.
But what truly impressed me was Amanda's willingness to work with me. I a specific budget in mind, and she worked with the finance team to find a payment plan that fit my needs. Throughout the entire process, she was transparent and upfront about all the costs involved, which I really appreciated. The team also worked with me with my trade in and trade in value, giving me a pretty good deal.
In the end, I drove away from True Buy Auto with the perfect Honda Civic and a smile on my face. Amanda's friendliness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I can't recommend True Buy Auto and Amanda highly enough!
