A big thank you to Tribal Iron Custom. After a collision with an inattentive driver and numerous unassuring repair conversations with other shops including the manufacturer I connected with Eric and Jake at Tribal who immediately assured me that they could handle the repairs, the bikes custom paint/graphics as well as work the drivers insurance company. Upon receiving Eric's call that the bike was ready, I was truly impressed with the quality of their work especially the paint work which was no easy task. Hello, I own several Collectable automobiles and Motorcycles. I’ve been working on cars and bikes since I’ve been 15 years old. I am now 66 years old and will be 67 years old this Friday November 10. I can honestly tell you that I have never let anyone work on my personal cars and bikes Ever! One of my toys is a 2006 Big Dog K-9 Chopper. I recently had my knee replaced and had to have motor work done on the 117 s and s motor on bike. Believe me did not want to have anyone else working on my bike, anyways brought my bike to Eric at Trial Iron Customs for repair.Eric, His Son Jake and staff were highly professional, courteous and totally understanding what needed ti be done. Not only did they repair bike properly but noticed other issues that should be addressed to make bike function like it was new. I picked bike up repair bill was fair and bike is perfect. Looks like it was never touched. Everything in order like I picked it up in showroom in 2006. That’s it! Next case! Highly recommend Tribal Iron Customs!

Brought my 2022 Indian Scout Bobber Twenty here for full exhaust system and tune (and some cosmetics). They were highly recommended by several older riders that I have a lot of respect for. Eric and his team far exceeded my expectations. It’s like riding a completely different bike. I would recommend them to anyone that serious about their bike. Good service doesn’t come cheap, but it’s worth every penny.

Eric and his team did a tremendous job. Aside from the maintenance work, Eric installed an air ride suspension system that has totally transformed the ride of my motorcycle. Was a challenging installation and Eric did incredible work. Very clean wiring and switch integration. Also reprogrammed the bike’s computer and is now running a lot better. Can’t say enough about the quality of the work and how happy I am to have found this shop.

I recently got body work and some
mechanical work done. Mostly restorative work on the exterior and frame. Along the way some mechanical work to get my truck back to a safe and working condition.
There’s a couple things I love about this place.
#1 is it’s just an awesome shop to walk around. There’s so many cool bikes and cars to look at when you go there. You never know what you’re going to see.
#2 customer service was great. Every time I had a question they would answer it for me and it didn’t feel like a burden to ask.
#3 no sketchy prices or sketchy work done. I hate more than anything dealing with a mechanics who starts throwing new prices in halfway through the job. I was informed of every dollar charged before the job was done, with my approval, and he stuck to the price. A reasonable price at that.
#4 I’m beyond satisfied with the work he did. Truck came out looking great.
I will definitely be using them in the future.

Tribal was referred to me by an old friend. In short, Eric and his team are the best independent shop in NJ. Eric knows his stuff, as does his team and they can fix anything on a bike. Their pricing is fair and if they can’t get a part for you, they will fabricate it or powder coat it or paint it themselves, all in house. As an added bonus, there is no attitude, which is common at bike shops. Eric is a calming presence who has one of the most even keeled demeanors of anyone I have ever met. I bought my first Harley and wanted to customize it. Tribal was no where near my house but seeing the pictures of the work that been done here and reading the reviews caught my attention. The work done on this bike was beyond professional. Eric the owner of the shop was so thorough I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked up the bike. I needed to have a front tire installed on my victory cross country. The 2 other bikes shops in the area could not do it. Tribal choppers had put on a rear tire for me before. I called Eric from tribal and he said they were extremely busy. He was able to fit me in and I had my tire installed and the work was completed on time and at a very fair price ! I would recommend Tribal custom choppers to everyone who needs to have work done on their bike. They do fantastic custom bike work as well.

Purchased an used Suzuki Boulevard during the pandemic lockdown. Called few bike shops to inspect my bike and Eric from Tribal Iron shop returned my call. Eric was awesome at explaining things and never charged me for something I don’t need. Turnaround time is little slow (mainly due to part shortage) but the work gets done right at the first time and Eric is detailed. Highly recommended.
