My 3 year old grandson loved his visit to Totsville indoor playground. It was very clean, the ladies worker there were very friendly, came and checked on us. There was plenty to do, he loved the big sand box, we will be back. ❤️

Right from the first step in, I was very pleased with the front desk person. I’m guessing she was the owner. Very pleasant and helped me out as it was my first time. It is a bit smaller than some other places we’ve been to, however, I liked that I could watch one in the sand box and still see my other older child in the maze. Speaking of the sandbox, the sand looked new and was so clean. All the toys looked like they were in good condition, no rips and tears-everything was in good condition. The thing that I really like is the cleanliness of the whole place, they even came out on the floor during the morning a few times and were sanitizing. You could tell this was a common practice and not just an after thought. The bathrooms were clean and I like that they had a urinal as well (I know that sounds dumb) but when you have two children, different genders both having to go at the same time-it works! I also liked that you are able to bring a “simple” brown bag lunch if you choose AND they had a variety of snacks that were not just candy and junk. You could add it as an addition to your lunch and they didn’t force you or push you to purchase. The pricing of the toys, snacks, etc was not breaking of the bank. Each one of my littles got something and it was under $20 with go-go squeezes. The only thing (and it would not make me not want to go back) but it’s with many of these places-I wish they had a better tracking system/security for children and parents. As a nanny and educator, it’s a shame we have to think this way but in this day and age, there are predators out to take children. Having children and parents wear corresponding bracelets that you scan and would alert if a child walks through the gate alone or with the wrong person just would put a mind at ease. Even just a more secure gate coming in and out of the play area to the common area by the front door. The only other thing I would say is the sand box area has another door that CAN’T be accessed from outside or inside but is close to the curved road and it would be advantageous to have concrete barriers in front of those door on the outside in case a car goes rogue and runs into it. (I don’t know if that’s something the owners can look into but would be something to invest in). I was very happy with the place and told them we would be back throughout the summer. Our drive to the place was 54 minutes. A++++ 10/10!

It was my 20month old and I first time and we had a great time. The staff lady was very very very nice she even promoted the products that was for sale. I brought two hand made bags for my son (Cookie Monster and baby shark)…. Did I mention I met a new mommy…. We will return

We were in town waiting for our older son at an event and were looking for something to do with our younger children. We found this not far down the road- and loved it! The staff were friendly and quick with the check in process! The girl at the front was patient with me as I had to fill out the waiver which I’d completely overlooked when I found the website! But the waiver was quick and easy! My kids had an absolute ball!! I definitely hope we get another chance to come play again!

I heard about Totsville from my neighbors and the experience their grandchildren had. I made it a priority to take my two granddaughters (4yrs and 21 months). Amazing is all I can say. They forgot about the ice cream once they were inside. Although my granddaughters live in VA Beach, the 4 year old asked my daughter could they come back every weekend. That's how much fun the both of them had. I cant wait until the other two grandchildren are old enough to come to Totsville. If I had all of them every weekend, we would be at Totsville Indoor Playground. On behalf of my granddaughters...Thank you Totsville.

It was a great experience! My daughter and nephews had a BLAST ! The sandbox was their absolute favorite. They played in it for the remainder of our time there. Also, very clean ! Saw workers cleaning throughout our visit and the staff was extremely kind and caring. Would 100% recommend and return! 10/10!

Really enjoyed our visit here today. My son is currently 21 months old and there was so much for him to do. It’s was refreshing to be somewhere I didn’t have to worry about him getting tan over by a bigger kid. The place was super clean, and even while we were there the girl in the front was constantly cleaning more. Didn’t catch her name, but she was super sweet and really good with the kids. Sandbox is its own room and had plenty of toys. We will definitely return!

Very friendly. The person working seemed to have an eye on the door and made it feel safe and also vacuumed periodically so the eating area was clean and free of crumbs. I never heard s her speak an unkind word. She is a great asset for the business. The sandbox was the busiest area and I felt like there were plenty of toys in the area and a bread mix on trucks and sand toys. My only concern is I saw one strap in the climbing area that was badly worn and could be a danger and one truck in the sand area that was broken. It did not impact my visit but I would not want someone to speak badly about your business kit a child get hurt.

First time coming here and I was very pleased at the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. My son is 16 months old and he had a couple times where he was throwing a tantrum bc one kid had a toy he wanted. Each time, one of the employees asked if everything was ok and I thought it was really sweet.

The space is very nice! We went on a Saturday morning, it was a little packed with the littles.
The staff were very nice and they were having a birthday party at 1pm and we arrived at 12pm; the staff provided us with a discount because we wouldn’t have a full morning of play which I thought was really nice and exemplified excellent customer service.
You can tell the staff like to keep the place clean, there was cleaning and sanitizing going on.
It’s a really fun place for the littles ESP that sandbox. We couldn’t get my daughter out. I think that’s a great “selling point”. We will definitely be back!
