My family moved out from the mainland and used Daniel as our realtor, and I simply cannot say enough great things about the experience. Daniel absolutely went above and beyond to help us out, as we purchased a higher-end home in Hawai'i, all while still living and working on the East Coast. We began the process sight unseen (except for the pictures, videos and facetimes from Daniel - sometimes daily but always plenty and of whatever we asked for) and are completely and totally satisfied with the process, and especially the help and hard work put in by Daniel and his team (and all the others involved). We couldn't have done it without him, and having him as a realtor, and now as a friend on the island make the experience that much more rewarding. If you're looking for perfection in realty, and especially someone who takes the time to understand your wants and earn your trust throughout the process, look no further than Daniel!!

Where do I start....Daniel Ulu, my realtor agent, exceeded all my expectations as follows: Great communicator, prompt and professional, respectful, responsive, courteous, and made the overall home buying process easy. While educating me and my wife (first time home buyers)- from finances, home searching, home value and marketing, budgeting, inspections etc. We ended up finding our home and we love it.
