Oliver has been amazing! He took the time to explain what was needed to be done after the inspection, and even helped provide information I needed to get Home Insurance. Weeks later, I emailed him asking if he knew of contractors I could utilize to fix the issues listed in the inspection, and he blew me away with the details and contacts that he provided. They answered the phone first call and scheduled a time to come out right away, was only like couple day wait. Very quick to send over the inspection results and offered a completely electronic way to sign and pay for everything while I was out of town.

My wife and I recently used 'the home examiner.' Oliver was prompt and professional. Our house is in a historic district and he was extremely knowledgeable about this sort of home. I can't recommend Home Examiner enough. He found multiple serious issues in the home that we never would have found. It was like watching a detective run around a crime scene and pull together details that anyone would easily overlook. He even put together his report same day, with detailed comments and clear and high quality photos.

Oliver was very thorough and professional. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions about the process and what he was looking for, and he allowed me to tag along for a good portion of the inspection. He answered all of my questions and showed me things that I didn't notice that were of interest. It was clear that me following was slowing him way down, but he didn't seem to mind and was very friendly and professional.
