I have been a Teddy's Oil customer since 2006. They supply heating oil and provide service to my home and business. Back in 2012 Teddys helped us with a steam to hydronic heating system conversion in my 1900 building. This was a complex project that required a lot of brainstorming and problem solving. Teddys helped me see the project through, what ever it took! Today I can say the system has run flawlessly for 9 heating seasons and saves us hundreds of gallons in heating oil each year. June 2020 Teddys replaced the 65 year old oil heating furnace system in my 1955 home. Once again, The pros at Teddys did a super job with the install. All top quality components an workmanship - no cutting corners with Teddys. January 2010 we were at a trade show on the west coast. One of the owners suspected there might be a glitch in the computer system that over estimated my home oil level. Knowing that we were away he actually drove over to my house in West Hartford to physically check the oil level in my tank. Teddys is a multigenerational family run business. Kevin, Rose, Lily and Teddy Rainville have always have had my back with anything related to my heating systems. Worked with Lily when we had to have our house lifted. She made what could have been an added stress to the already stressful situation a non-factor.
She stepped in and ran point to coordinate the oil and tank part of the process and kept me in the loop during each step.

My husband and I have been using Teddy's Oil for over ten years in two different homes. Teddy's Oil is always reliable, friendly and easy to get a hold of. When you call, you are always greeted by a friendly voice and get immediate answers to your questions. I have never had to leave a message or wait for a reply. Teddy's truly cares about their customers and works hard to ensure their needs are met. My husband and I never worry about the oil...Teddy's does the work for us...They monitor the oil level and schedule the oil delivery without me having to notify them that we are low. They are always one step ahead which provides me comfort knowing I never have to worry about the heat and hot water for my home. Teddy's also has very flexible payment options. When my husband and I bought out first home, we were worried about the cost of oil. Teddy's provided an assessment of our home usage and put us on a monthly payment plan which was great. We paid the same dollar amount every month so we could plan and budget. At the end of the year, they calculated our annual cost against what we paid monthly and we have always had a credit which rolled into the next year's plan, lowering the monthly payment. This system worked for us and our needs and truly made getting oil easy and affordable. I highly recommend Teddy's Oil to everyone!
