The service department at SDEB - Solana Beach is top notch. We had a part replaced that ended up being faulty. They took care of the issue without question or hesitation. We had a wonderful day renting from SD electric. They were so great. We were missing a person but didn't ding us for that. They were very friendly, and made us feel at ease straight away. Seeing as this was the first ebike experience for our 7 member crew. They explained everything clearly, and we had zero technical or safety issues. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend them to all my friends. What a great day! :)

This place is incredible! The throttle pedal assist bikes are so much fun. They were extremely efficient and the guy who helped me out went above and beyond to check if there were any charged throttle bikes left. I will definitely be going back.
