Pallazzo did a great job with our countertops! Their attention to detail is second to none. We had to do a couple of unexpected modifications to the counters and fitting for the new range hood I purchased, they were very reasonable and accommodating to make everything work. Super happy with the way it all turned out! highly recommend.

Filipe & Wendy always went above and beyond, we completed a whole house remodel with their help. Remodels can be overwhelming, we had so many ideas of what we wanted, they helped us nail down what our style truely was and then helped us stay on track with our selections. The time and care they took with us made us feel at ease and unrushed. if we had it to do all over again we wouldn't hesitate going back to Palazzo again! They are second to none!

Felipe was fantastic!! I needed to purchase all the plumbing fixtures for a 2 bath remodel and had NO CLUE what I was doing!! I wandered in one day randomly after googling plumbing supply stores... Palazzo was the first place I went and I had a great experience!! When I got there my daughter (7) was thirsty and bored as often times kids that age are in home improvement type stores ;) Felipe was very kind and got her a drink of water and was VERY patient as I navigated trying to figure out what faucets/finishes I wanted and with me having 2 kids in tow! I came back in later that week (alone) and we hammered out my order! When I momentarily freaked out about the bathtub I was about to order ;) renovations make you lose your mind slightly! Haha. He said no problem he'd wait to order until I was sure! Honestly his honesty & patience gave me the reassurance that all the choices we made the day before were great ones! Everything I ordered came in a timely manner (something they had no control over!) but the pickup process was just as seamless as the ordering process was!! Had I not already had a contractor (who's a friend) doing my work I would definitely consider using Palazzo for my work as well! Final take away I would definitely recommend Palazzo for either purchasing items through or doing work! I say that because Felipe is the owner and was kind, honest, helpful & knowledgeable and I believe his crews would have the same ethics.

Worked with Palazzo after searching for months for the right countertops at a reasonable price. Palazzo not only helped us along with choosing the right countertops, they offered by far the best price points. They have an incredible selection and an equally impressive staff. My wife and I cannot wait to start our next project with palazzo in the near future!
Also! They are quick to respond to any defects or accidents that occur after installation. The owner himself called me and set up and appointment to fix a small chip in the countertops without hesitation. Seriously appreciate how proud they are of their work and keeping their customers happy

I simply can't say enough good things about Palazzo Kitchens and Baths. Everyone we worked with at all stages were professional, friendly, responsive and responsible. Many time Palazzo went above and beyond for us. We started with a master bath and kitchen remodel and then went on to have them do the rest of our house. I was always afraid of the horror stories of renovation, but I can honestly say this experience was a pleasure and I would recommend Palazzo to anyone for a job large or small. We love our new home and look forward to making many happy memories in the beautiful new space. I only wish we had found Palazzo sooner.
