I really enjoyed working with Randy when he came to my home and gave me a very detailed description of what my options were as well as a detailed estimate for a new A/C and heating system. Their price was very competitive and less than other bids. I enjoyed working with Evan and his team when they installed the new A/C unit, heating system, new air filter system and a new WiFi controlled thermostat. Evan gave me daily updates on what he had accomplished and what his plans were for the next day. My home was left very clean with all the old equipment removed. I have two properties that Nichols services for all of my heating and cooling. I signed up for their yearly inspections and tune ups on both properties for AC and heating. Evan and his team are extremely knowledgeable, fast to respond, and provide excellent service at a great price.
That being said, the biggest selling point for me is their honesty - they do not try to upsell you into anything you don't need. You will get a diagnosis of any potential issue, and an honest, professional opinion on your best and most cost effective options to resolve it.
I would 100% recommend Nichols for any of your hvac needs.
