What a fantastic experience! I met at least three people at this shop and everyone was incredibly friendly. I had suit pants and a jacket tailored. The price was reasonable, it was done quickly and everything came out perfectly. I should not be surprised as they were referred to my by a seamstress friend. I came in with a suit that was very large for me. The pants were about a 34/34 and I'm a 28/30. The pants now fit me like a slim fit 28/30 and you wouldn't be able to tell they were altered at all.
The jacket of the suit was a little wide around the waist and the arms were a bit long. The waist hugs my silhouette pretty well. They were also able to shorten the sleeves without getting rid of the buttons near the wrist. They took out the extra length from the bicep area and pulled everything up basically.
Overall very friendly and the suit is basically brand new and fits me perfect. Walked in there with pants big enough to fit two of me in there and walked out with perfectly fitting pants.

I had been referred when looking for a professional, reliable place for alterations and kept it in the back of my mind. Then I ran into an emergency and needed something done quickly - as in less than 24 hrs quickly. A tall order by any standard let alone a reputable shop during a busy wedding season.
By complete miracle they were able to squeeze in my request and did so graciously. That hem, as inconsequential as it might be to anyone else, meant the world to me. I am SO grateful.
I have a growing pile of items for drop off (without the crazy ASAP deadline) and know that the workmanship and integrity at Needlestitch are beyond reproach. When I saw that they also provide custom clothing, I was thrilled. I cannot recommend highly enough. To find a place that is good is hard; to find one that is great, even more so. But to find a place you can trust too - a treasure!!!

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I had three pieces I've had been meaning to get altered and finally made it to Needlestitch after some research. These were small alterations and it took about a week. One had to be adjusted again and it was easy to get fixed for the next week. I felt the cost was comparable to the work completed. Definitely recommend.
