My husbands car had what we thought was a faulty battery and we went to autozone to get it replaced. Not even 5 minutes later we were having another issue and I told him to just pull into the first place we saw which was my transmission experts. Jerry came over to take a look and told us our alternator was bad! They said the part would be about 1,000 dollars and we said we couldn’t do that. Jerry got on google and helped us find a parts shop that had a more reasonably priced part to change out. They were closing in about an hour and he told us if we could get back in time he’d replace it. So we hurried and got the part and came back and they fixed it! My husband went to return the old alternator and the car broke down a little ways away. He sent a video to Jerry of what was going on but the shop was closed by that point. Jerry got in his personal vehicle and drove to my husband to take a look and figure out the problem. The alternator belt just needed to be adjusted and he did just that and the car worked good as new. That is above and beyond customer service! I told Jerry he’s found customers for life with have far he went to help us! If you need anything fixed please go to Jerry he is amazing!! My mother-in-law recently passed away from vascular dementia. The last two and a half months were lived at Valiente. This home is the best. The staff took great care of her and the place is spotless. We started our repair in late June of this year. This particular transmission shop, in the MTE chain is not their best location, but I have to say they have tried. There are several other shops all owned by the same shop owner, Sam Syed. His manager here Jimmy, had become extremely busy with other vehicles in for repair. I brought my 2003 Toyota because I had had trouble getting an accurate diagnosis, for continuing transmission problems. Granted, it’s an older vehicle for which parts are not always available from the manufacturer. But Jimmy knew this, as we started, over five months ago. He took on the repair, requiring the entire repair cost, $3000, upfront. I had never paid for any repair work of any sort, in advance in my entire life. It seemed as if there was no incentive to work on my car, diligently and without any delays. He took his time, ordering parts, getting his techs to keep working on my vehicle, instead of putting them on his more ‘valuable’ customers’ vehicles.
However five months later, he was able to acquire all of the needed parts. In his defense, a lot of these Toyota parts are not even available from any of the local dealers. Had my f250 transmission rebuilt here a year ago under old management. Had a few problems that wasn’t addressed when I went back the shop had changed management and the manager Jeff honored my warranty. They rebuilt again and boy I can tell the difference. My mom has vascular dementia. With the recent death of my father, I decided to move my mom to be closer to us. We chose Valiente. The staff is wonderful! The home is exceptionally clean. The residents eat home cooked meals that are prepared right in front of anyone in the living area. My mom is being treated with love and kindness. I highly recommend this facility. My Mom moved into Valiente Care Home 4 months ago. We have been very happy with the care she is being given, the cleanliness and the over all staff. This was a huge decision for our family to make. One that we did not take lightly and thought about for a very long time. As a family, we can truly say we have seen many changes in my mom since she became a resident. Positive changes. She is happy and has made some friends. The atmosphere is very family orientated. The facility is set up like a home and does not feel institutional at all. The meals are prepared with fresh ingredients, which is really nice. I am very happy that we made this decision. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Jason Fleitz, Manager; for his Dignity, Respect and Professionalism that he has shown me and my Family. As a Disabled Veteran it is very important to me that someone is honest towards me and my Family especially during these days when spending our hard earned money. Jason has taken care of us on three separate issues with two of our vehicles. Each time Jason has gone above and beyond ensuring we received this highest quality of communication and service. Jason has ensured that we were never up charged for things we didn’t need or services unwarranted. Jason also took care of an issue that a prior manager Marco; wouldn’t.
We had transmission issues on one vehicle and a Fuel leak. On the second vehicle it was the O2 sensor and catalytic converter on daughters vehicle. We are extremely pleased with the turn around time in getting our vehicles back and professional service performed. I can’t say enough about Jason other than; he should be emulated by others. Jason is a Man of his word and that is paramount with me. My transmission as a whole should be very proud to have him on their Management Team. Had been told by another shop that i needed a new rear end on my Yukon. They went through my truck and took pictures of the inside of the rear differential and showed me that it was fine and all i need was axle seals and a brake job. They saved me from a $4000 bill and did what was actually needed and my bill was less than $2000. Max is not going to sell you something you don’t need. Jonathan Ramos product knowledge is on top of his game. Other that the Mercedes dealership, I searched 4 other transmission shops and quiz them all on changing transmission fluid in my 2012 E-350 Benz. My RAV4 was suddenly experiencing power loss. It feels & sounds like the transformation is stuck in lower gear and not shifting.
A friend recommended "My Transformation & auto care experts in Tomball, TX". At arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Marco Garcia the manager,
A very professional gentleman indeed. He listened & wrote down my vehicle information and related problems, immediately assigned to one of his technicians. As I was watching, the technicians meticulously diagnosed the vehicle and quickly came to a conclusion. One of the technicians met with me & explained the findings on his tablet diagnostic tool, pointing out that the root cause is the secondary catalytic converter, apparently its internal material had disintegrated & clogged up the exhaust pipe. I offered to pay for the diagnostics while declining the repair, only because I always work on my vehicles. But I have full confidence in there workmanship.
The manager, Mr. Marco Garcia informed me that the diagnostics are free of charge.

It's almost been 2 months since my grandpa started staying here. When I started searching for homes for him I never thought I would find a place that made me comfortable leaving him there overnight or even long term for that matter. When I spoke with Steven to setup a meeting I already felt like we were headed in the right direction. Then after getting to sit down with him and get to know how much he cares about Valiente and all the residents I knew this was a good fit for our family. Steven has hired the best group of nurses and a few of them are absolute stand outs. They sit with him, hold his hand, respect him, give him lots of attention, always smile, put him in his cowboy boots and hat... it just makes my heart so happy seeing young women my age treating my grandpa the way I prayed he would get treated. They make sure he has plenty of good food to eat, snacks, his cup is always full if he gets thirsty, and plenty of blankets to keep him warm. I can't thank Steven and his determination to make Valiente as much like a home as possible. I don't mean nursing home, an actual home. They have gone above and beyond trying to take care of my grandpa. I couldn't have prayed for a better place. Cherry on top, it never smells like a nursing home either. I have a 2016 Nissan and needed a new transmission, after checking around, I called My Transmission Experts and talked to Brian. Since this was all very stressful to me I was glad to deal with a shop that seemed to have my best interest in mind. The whole job only took 5 days, was $600 cheaper than the last place, they towed my car 50 miles from there and gave me 12,000 mile/ 12 month warranty. These guys are GREAT. Brought my 2014 ram 1500 to them and it was an absolute MESS. Tony was nice enough to give me a ride home when I dropped it off. The previous mechanic had made the worst engine and transmission repair I have ever seen. Hayden got on the case and went way above the call of duty by pulling every string he could to help me with what I wanted done to the truck. They helped with financing and the repair that would have otherwise been unaffordable to me. Hayden kept me constantly updated and they never pushed my truck aside to finish other jobs. Max was very informative on what was going on with my car and he explained all my options to me. They fixed my transmission in a timely fashion and also let me know if some other issues my car had that we fixed as well. I would definitely recommend this place and I will return if need be.

My husband moved to Valiente Aug.15 2022. He had been at a previous Assisted living in Spring Tx. four years. Their care level detiorated to the point that he had six falls in a two week period and was left in a urine soaked bed for 12 hrs. We found Valiente that next day and moved him two days later. Stephen, the director assured us he would receive the amount of Care he needed on a daily basis while allowing him to maintain his dignity at all times and still allowing him to have as much independance with assistance as needed. No questions asked and certainly never having to call and call for assistance. The staff at Valiente are definitely there to care for the residents under Stephen's directorship. The residents are truly considered family. Ithas been a blessing that we found Valiente when we did.
I can go to sleep every night knowing that he is safe and being cared for like I wish I could care for him at home.

I recently had the pleasure in attending a luncheon at Valiente Senior Living. I was impressed with the staff and how attentive they were to the residents. The environment was full of love, happiness and also gave a home-like feel. The facility is beautiful, well maintained and very welcoming.

Valiente Senior Living Administration and care team members are caring and attentive staff members. I placed my mother at Valiente after much research. Here my mother would not be just a number and face she would be a part of a close knit community. The staff members know each resident by their first name and sincerely care about their residents. I would recommend Valiente to others.

I can’t say enough about the people and this place. They made the whole process so easy for us; we pray about everything and I know that I know that God sent us here. They had us in and out very quickly as this is our work truck. They went above and beyond to address our issues and concerns. Even their wrecker service they use you just know that you know when you meet good people.
Their prices are more than reasonable.
They even check on us.
Our transmission is working great it has been a couple of weeks now. So my husband will be going in for the free follow up to make sure all is well.
These are good old boys and we highly recommend them.

Most know dementia is a horrible disease. Thank you to the staff and leadership at Valiente. In their normal days of activities they fight cognition issues, misplaced anger, and major confusion. Whatever the struggle, they have made my mom feel safe, and I can rest far better now. Again thanks to Steve and his staff. My experience with Phillip, Scott and John at My Transmission Experts was one of the best examples I have had of real men doing a tough job under difficult circumstances with the current state of our national broken supply chain and lack of qualified, willing labor force. Yes, they had my truck for five weeks, but they were always upfront, honest and personable with me. So far my Chevy Colorado is running great after major torque converter and electrical issues. These guys are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Don’t expect to get something for nothing; we get what we pay for in this life. I can't speak highly enough about Mr Phillip. Up front honest man. Transmission went out I took it in that day. He Brought me in set me down and told me how they was gonna help me get my truck back on the road. He was very patient, informative on every detail of the entire time my truck was there. I was in a jam with some of my landscaping equipment, and they was closing the gate to get ready to go home and he allowed me to place my equipment inside the premises overnight. He didn't have to do that! True its about business at the end of the day but going the extra mile, out your way for your customers to HELP them out is business. Valiente senior living Facility is a clean and always a welcoming environment. Wonderful communication between the staff and myself. The food is healthy and homemade. My encounter with the manager Phillip was very pleasing. I could immediately tell that he was giving his honest and most sincere professional opinion about my options and what level of service they could provide. He was very knowledgeable and professional though out the entire process of diagnosing my car and trying to come up the best financial solutions that would work for me at this time.
I decided that I didn’t want to invest that much money into my 25 year old Montero Sport, however if I ever need transmission repair in the future this is shop I’m coming to and will refer to others.

They did replace the "rear main seal." In which was very detailed work. The techs work together to get the repairs on any vehicles they repair. Customer service was unremarkable!!
