After a ball broke my window, I contacted Mr. Windows and spoke with their project manager, Elvis. He was able to get me an estimate within 15 minutes and send a tech out extremely fast to take the measurements. By the next day, Eli came out to install the glass and did a great job of explaining what he was doing as well as cleaning up afterwards. Within 24 hours, I was able to get this fixed from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome or the fair price that was provided. Mr Windows installed custom soundproof (laminated) windows for us as we live on a busy street with a lot of traffic noise. After an exhaustive search, researching and quizzing multiple window contractors, we settled on Mr. Windows.
Luis (owner) was very professional and did not try to oversell us. He simply gave us the best option he thought would solve our issue. He is actually technically competent and did not make things up or overpromise, unlike many other window installers.
The installation team (Frank) was also professional, and did a clean and efficient installation. Frank measured the windows and also installed them for us, ensuring a proper fit. They took the time to do it right, made accurate measurements to get a tight fit and installed the windows from the outside in, to get a tight seal (important for us since we wanted sound proofing).
We are very happy with our windows, and it has made a big difference in the sound level in our home.

I had a great experience with Mr. Windows & doors! I had 5 custom floor-to-ceiling windows replaced in my front entry way.
From the beginning of the project with the technician coming to measure my windows, to delivery and installation, to cleanup, everything worked seamlessly.
The installers took great care of my house, inside and out, even when a thundershower blew through and slowed them down a little.
Couldn't be happier with my new windows and I would highly recommend Mr. Windows & Doors.

Windows were manufactured specially to replace seven of my windows. They look great and work perfectly in all their functions. Mr. Windows was punctual in the delivery, Installation personnel were extremely punctual (they actually came a bit earlier) proceeded with care to prevent dirt and protecting parts of the house from damage, installed the seven windows during a morning, and left everything impeccable.
