Had the pleasure of having Matt come to our house this afternoon to change our garage door springs. Matt was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The garage technician, Matan, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had coil springs for this garage door opener replaced by this company 2 years ago, and they have a 3 year warranty. So I called them. After checking the coils and other parts the opener would just not close the door without keeping the remote pressed continuously. The garage door opener adjuster was also maxed out. Reluctantly, I agreed that the Chamberlain garage door opener had to be replaced. I chose another Chamberlain. Much quieter, and seems to work more smoothly. It also has a MyQ wifi mode, similar to my other home's Chamberlain garage opener. Though I'm having some issues connecting to the MyQ platform, that's an ID, password, Chamberlain, and me issue. I couldn't expect the installation company to resolve that issue.

Regarding the service, they responded within a few days of my call, and the problem is fixed with a 5 year warranty.
