Love them!!!!! I have never bought a car through them yet but i go to them for car fixes. They always do awesome work! And you never feel like they are trying to upsell you like alot of other places. They are trustworthy and are straight with you with issues wrong with your car. They will make recommendations with other issues other then what you went in for originally but they wont bug you about it. You come to them and fix it when your ready. And they are resonable with prices when compared to competitors. They also offer a couple different financial programs to help you pay for your bill. If your questioning it, do it! You wont regret it! They are super nice, knowledgeable and professional, eager to make their customers happy! I wont go anywhere else!

EVERYONE who works there is fantastic. Great customer service, quick responses to questions or maintenance, always finding best deals for parts, accommodating time of clients. They also provide pick up and drop off if you have no ride to or from the outlet. They are always willing to do free analysis and write up a competitive (typically WAY more reasonable than dealerships or other shops) quote, writing issues in hierarchical fashion so customer knows what is something that would cause harm to the driver and things that are needing to be replaced/fixed, but tell you honestly what can wait or what is imperative to have fixed. We have bought two cars from them and have been completely satisfied. They also do maintenance on our other two vehicles and we trust them completely. They also provide options for warranties, extended warranties, find the lowest interest rates and help you qualify for credit if needed. Highly recommended!!!

I have gotten four auto repair estimates at other shops because it was a costly one as I learned with each estimate in Tempe, in mesa and two others here in Maricopa, then my coworker referred me to Maricopa Auto Outlet
so I gave them a try, Haley at the front desk when you walk in so kind and professional, then I was referred to Nick who I sat down with Nick to discuss my auto repair needs Nick knows his stuff great guy very knowledgeable and courteous their estimate was a huge savings beating all the others and saved me from going into a huge debt that I was dreading, they even let me know of two items that didn't even need repair and showed me my itemized total cost and I was so ecstatic

I would highly recommend buying a car from Maricopa Auto. My experience was so smooth and way less stressful than what I imagined buying a car would be (I’m a first-time buyer). I live in Flagstaff and drove 6 hours round trip to work with them based on reviews and the REALLY good price for my Mazda CX-5. Roman took care of everything and made each step no-pressure and easy for me.
