Instead of fighting the crowds at the Summit, I gave Mac-O-Rama a try. Cal greeted me with her welcoming smile and a sincere desire to help me. She saved me time, money and from the aggravation usually expected when dealing with the ill trained staff at the Apple Store. I am now Mac-O-Rama raving fan and will be a loyal customer. Oh... one more thing. A young man came out from the repair shop to help me with a adapter and made it a point NOT to sell my more features than were needed. These guys were great I brought in a computer for what I was hoping would be a small repair turned out the computer is too old to really replace parts on and bought a new beautiful Apple Computer they transferred all the information over with lightning speed for a really reasonable cost and so helpful and willing to inform me of everything I needed.I would deathly recommend these guys to anybody who doesn’t want to deal with that waiting in line at apple and there’s no lines with these guys!

Mac O Rama installed a new ssd drive and doubled my ram on my older Mac and its lightning fast and as good as new.
My computer had some weird issues- together we resolved it.
If I have a problem in the future with this Mac or a new one, I would go to them.

The Mac-O-Rama team was truly so helpful, and their customer service went above and beyond. I had an emergency just before Christmas where my dog knocked a whole cup of coffee onto my keyboard, right in the middle of one of my busiest work seasons! I was so stressed out to be without a computer-- my entire business is run from my laptop! But the team was so understanding and worked quickly to replace all the damaged parts and return it to me before they left for their Christmas break, which meant SO much to me. I can't thank them enough for their service and their excellent work. I highly recommend the Mac-O-Rama team!! They are wonderful.

Mac-O-Rama solved the problem with our older Mac Pro so we can get a few more years out of it. Then, of course, after an upgrade to the operating system we needed some tutoring to help us navigate the new features and we loved the one-on-one assistance. Mac-O-Rama has a more customer-friendly ambiance, in our opinion, than the Sierra Summit store.

I needed extra RAM for my older iMAC but the MAC store at Summit Mall no longer carried the version of RAM and said I would have to look for a 3rd party. So I went to Mac-o-Rama and boy was I pleased. Not only did they have it in stock but they ran a diagnostic and installed the RAM for me and got me out the door the same afternoon. It doesn't get better than that. Nice people and very professional.

My boyfriend and I went here last week to repair an old MacBook he found laying around. The trackpad was raised, computer wouldn't turn on, and we had the wrong power adapter. Thank god for this shop! Owner was super sweet and had our product fixed, functional, and looking brand new in a few days. They fixed the trackpad, replaced the old battery, ran a diagnostic and fixed the OS, and provided us with a new charger. All for only a few hundred dollars, which is nothing compared to buying a new MacBook Pro! Amazing service and customer care! 10/10 would recommend and will be returning if we ever have issues again!

Could not get my big, 2013-vintage iMac to boot, no matter what "safe boot" trick I tried. Mac-O-Rama quickly diagnosed a failed hard disk. They fixed the problem and helpfully reloaded my old files and apps, which they recommended that I not do, since I have a fusion drive system. Now my computer is up-and-running and as fast as when I first bought it. The service at Mac-O-Rama was always friendly and the explanations clear.
