I was in Tallahassee and my truck wouldn't start. Bad battery. Just Jump USA was who my insurance rep contacted and sent. It was very quick; the guy was very nice and thorough. He jumped my truck off and I was able to drive back to Havana to Rusty's NAPA store and get my battery replaced. I also learned that I could have called them directly, but to be honest, I didn't know such a service existed. Now that I do, I'm telling all my friends. It's good to know that if I ever need a tire changed, a battery jump, or fuel, that I have someone I can call.

Once the tech was with me he had a lot of helpful information, how to solve my issue, offered options to buy but was NOT pushy to spend money.
