My experience started with great customer service. I requested the service for one of my car's windshield chip/nick repair but ended up doing for both of my cars. The gentleman showed on time under 100 degree scorching sun as I did this in Sept 2019. He spent a few hours not only patching the large chips but also covered the some of small damages at no additional cost.
I am writing this review after 4 months and very pleased with the quality and service.

This company does whatever it takes to serve you and do it right. We dropped our car off and they kept us up to date every step of the way. They explained everything so that we could make an informed decision. I worked at a dealership and watched a number of different companies do tint on cars and almost always damage the rear window defroster. This is very common. I asked 4 different companies and Helios was the only one that said they would ensure that the rear defroster Would not be damaged. Their customer service was amazing and I’m really impressed. They are also backed by the manufacturer which is really a big deal in this industry. Highly recommend.
