Our garage door spring broke and I found Sam’s number on CraigsList. He came within a few hours of my call. He had a good variety of springs in his truck but mine was apparently an odd size, so he came back the next day and installed it. He was very punctual and also “tuned up” my other two garage doors, no extra charge. I put his sticker on my door so I know who to call next time we have an issue.

I called numerous people to fix my garage door. It had to be done tonight because I had my son to go pick up and someone's dogs to take care of later in the evening. (The spring was broken so I couldn't lift the door and my only car was inside the garage.) Most didn't even answer their phones and the one who did wouldn't come tonight. Heads Up not only answered but came out within an hour and a half on NYE to fix my door! God bless him, I appreciate him so much!

Always helpful and reasonable. I use heads up on all my properties. Most recent he came out on a Saturday to fix the door that would not move. 30 minutes job was done and he even took the time to make it more quite. It didn't even cost me a fortune to do. I can not recommend enough!!
