This place is legit! Sean was amazing. He was polite, friendly, respectful, incredibly professional and super informative. He walked me step by step of what he did and why (including picture... he took them in real time so I knew they were legit). He wrote up a report and explained it all. The reason I called them was because of the amazing reviews I read online and, let me tell you, Sean did not disappoint. No high pressure sales (even though we have a 26 year old system). He just told me the facts and expectations of our current system. He even taught me how to change our air filter.
I am now a devoted customer because of the customer service I received today. Thank you, Sean. You are an incredible asset to this company.

Our service Technician, Cody was great. Explained what the issue was with our unit. Replaced a part and cleaned the unit. Signed up for the membership program for a low monthly cost. Had questions regarding the efficiency of my airflow on the second floor. He offered a solution with a duct evaluation .

I had a very good experience. Sean was on time and professional. After inspecting my AC unit, he explained what he found and diagrammed the unit. He explained the costs for recommended repairs but there was no pressure when I declined.

I like to thank Haven AC for doing a phenomenal job identifying the issue with our damaged central blower and fixing it within 24 hours of their inspection. Cody and Julien were the technicians that serviced our AC unit. They performed a thorough inspection to identify the blown motor and circuit board. Thank you Cody and Julien for being patient with the broken ac and dealing with the AC manufacturing. We had a great experience and definitely recommend this company and technicians for great attitude and willingness to fix the problem. Called to make an appointment to get a second opinion for a possible AC condenser leak. The very next day, Sean came out. Diagnosed that there was no leak. So relieved. Did a complete system tuneup and diagnosis was system is working fine for now but made some recommendations that should be done in the near future. Will be working with him to have those options completed.

Haven Air Conditioning is a great company. I had them install a new heat pump system last year in September, during the worst heat wave of the year. They had a crew of 6 guys arrive at my home to install the system. All of the crew were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Even the owner came to ensure everything was completed to his 100% high standards. He spent a few hours checking everything and did not leave until he was satisfied that I was getting my new system 100% as promised.
Since the installation, Haven has been very good at keeping in contact to ensure my satisfaction. They send out a technician to inspect the system every 6 months.
Every single person I have been in contact with at Haven has been great!
I would highly recommend Haven for any air conditioning/ heating needs.

Saw Haven was now providing dryer vent/duct cleaning and we were due. Sean came ahead of the time noted and the office let me know per a text and email. Sean was professional and friendly. He took his time to clean out the dryer vent and duct. He ensured the aluminum connection tube was secured in place with no leaks or loss of pressure. Haven continues to be an excellent service provider for our heating/cooling and duct needs.

Haven Air Conditioning is the best. The technicians Peter and Sean went way beyond my expectations. They cleaned my condenser that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. They explained what they were doing and clarified what the readings were on the unit. They did not try to up sell me anything and that was much appreciated. I have loved my decision to get my AC and heat pump system, along with upstairs ducting system, installed. They have all been very professional and I have a completely electric heating and cooling system. Sean has don’t my maintenance today and was on time, professional, and went above and beyond and partially cleans my dryer vent bc it was possibly effecting one of my units. Haven has consistently provided excellent customer service since day 1! We're now 3 years in with the system they installed and still very happy. During each annual visit, Haven always made sure that our system is running smoothly and in tip top shape.
Kudos to Cody! He was our technician today and arrived with such a pleasant demeanor despite the heavy rain. He replaced our filter and even gave us some great suggestions on insulation, power surge protection and dryer vent cleaning.
