Randy was extremely professional and best customer service. My wife had so many questions as this is a new type of system to us when house was built three years ago and never had pump system on our previous homes. He was extremely patient with her questions and seemed happy to explain this system to us. Offered a service that could help us in the future which at this time denied, however definitely plan on having it done in near future with this company. I highly recommend this company for all your septic concerns. We had both tanks pumped today did not even know we had two tanks. Now we understand our system and what to expect in future. Will not use any other company than this one. Also found price affordable. Also cleaned up area well when finished
