The folks at Fraser are AWESOME. Not only were they able to effectively communicate with our insurance company, they were super patient and helpful guiding my wife and me through the process of making our first claim. Jason Fuchs of Fraser Roofing was my main contact. I heard about him via a neighbor/realtor. Just as my neighbor told me, I experienced only patience, courtesy, and extremely timely and professional service and communications. The whole experience was positive. Scott Eady was our first contact. He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. Scott helped us navigate insurance claims. Zack ,the job foreman made sure I knew what was going on and when things would be completed. Cameron, the quality control person made sure things were completed correctly.
