Fantastic! Maria was very helpful, friendly and professional. They replaced three watch batteries, but on a new watch band & even put the old buckle on the new band…in less than 30 minutes.

Thank You FAO in Brighton, MI for your professional, timely, service. FAO repaired a badly shaped, family heirloom. diamond ring for me. Then, I brought in my gold wide band, wedding ring, that (after 28 yrs of marriage) was too small to slide over my knuckle. I also had my husband's wide band with me. (husband had a newer band to wear). Todd at FAO had the brilliant idea to resize my band, and "tastefully" solder my band "inside" my husband's band. The result: STUNNING❤
A perfect fit. All polished and sparkling. Having negative experience with a previous jeweler, that stated, nothing could be done, I have found a new Jeweler Home. The owner John, listened, was kind & professional. Carla was a delight when I picked up my newly designed gold band. And again, thank you Todd, for your brilliant creation & treating me like family!

I took my grandmother's 75 year old wedding ring into FAO to be fixed. The band was worn, the prongs around the diamond were paper thin, and there were cracks in the whole top as well. I just got it back and OMG it looks like a brand new ring! I'm so glad I went to FAO Jewelers in Hartland to keep my heirloom looking great for another 75 years! Thank you!
