My son was stationed overseas and during his absence, considerable damage was done to his property. I live 6 hours aways from the property so even trying to sell the home was difficult. Mike came into our house and made some suggestions to improve the appeal of our home and discuss everything involved with selling a house. We discussed price, listing specifications, And photography timing among many items.
Within hours of the house being listed (late at night), we had multiple showings scheduled on the first full day. Before the first day of showings was completed, Mike presented us with an offer that was above asking price with no contingencies. Your experience may vary lol!!
After the inspection of our 70-ish year old house was completed, Mike was able to suggest contacts to complete the work that was needed. His many years in the business and multiple contacts he has made really helped us.

Cove Realty and Mike Zacker were great in getting our home SOLD in two weeks. We were very nervous Sellers since we hadn’t been on the Sellers end for over 25 years. Mike marketed our home in many different ways and brought us a full price offer within two weeks. During the marketing time he gave us timely notice of showings and feedback from potential Buyers.
