Tony was great! I live in Littleton and I had used my fireplace early the morning he was to come, not realizing I shouldn’t do so. He was prompt to begin with, couldn’t inspect my fireplace because it had been in use, but went the extra mile to come back later in the day from Larkspur, so I could have my fireplace inspected prior to the holidays.
Kristen at the office was also very responsive and helpful. Communication took place every step of the way and I highly recommend this company.

Chimney Sweeps were amazing! I hired them initially just to fix my chimney after receive a very high quote from a different chimney company. Chimney Sweeps’ quote came in lower and didn’t involve a complete rebuild, rather, they were able to repair it which is what I’d hoped. In addition, they mentioned that they could also equip the empty fireplace with a gas insert and showed me one that I fell in love with. They rushed the job so that I could get it before the holidays and I am beyond thrilled. I highly recommend them and am telling all my friends about them.

I had an electric fireplace installed. Nate and his colleague were very kind, professional, and showed up on time. A few weeks later I noticed when I was getting ready to install the surround that the fireplace was a bit off center. I called and the owner came out to see, and he arranged for the adjustment to be made the next day. I appreciate their prompt attention and professionalism. You will not find a company with more integrity, professionalism, and excellence than this one. Jon (owner) found a creative and affordable solution for an elegant two sided fireplace that sits between our master bedroom and master bath. We had been speaking with reps at other companies who were quoting us upwards of 25K for fireplaces that were not as beautiful as the one that Jon found and installed for us. We were about to give up on the idea of putting a fireplace in that spot, which was frustrating because the master bedroom/bathroom area was designed around the concept of that 2-sided fireplace. Jon salvaged the design concept by finding and installing the fireplace of our dreams for a third of the price. An added bonus is that he has an incredible eye and exquisitely elegant taste. I think he might be one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever come across, and his staff are equally as wonderful. I simply cannot say enough good things about Chimney Sweeps of America.

From first meeting, to ordering, to install Chimney Sweeps of America were absolutely amazing. We had originally scheduled an appointment with them to check for CO2 before having a repair done, but what they found was much worse.
The original installation of a gas insert into a preexisting wood burning fireplace had not been up to code. The facade that was built around this insert was not made of the required fireproof materials and was beginning to char. It was not a matter of if, but rather when a fire was going to ignite.
Their rep showed me all of the damage, discussed options, and we came up with a sound plan to replace the insert. The office staff were very helpful and got us scheduled for the replacement ASAP. Our installer Pat was great. He worked hard to complete the install in just one day, was friendly, professional, kind, and left the area where he had worked absolutely spotless.
On the whole, our experience was exceptional. We won’t be calling anyone but Chimney Sweeps in the future for our service and maintenance needs. I love that they are a locally owned business and am happy to support fellow Coloradans. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Again, I highly recommend GSA, it's their marketing team that needs some 101.

Both chimneys on our 42 yr old house needed the crowns replaced because the old ones were disintegrating. One chimney had a cracked flue. Chimney Sweeps of America did the repairs.
The crew doing the work was excellent and kept us informed throughout. The work took 2 days initially, and a partial day to remove the crown forms after the new concrete cured. They redid the flashing around both chimneys.
We are very pleased with the results.

Chimney Sweeps of America has maintained and taken explicit care of the massive stone fireplace in my family cabin for years now. Initial check found a large crack in the flue caused by common settling. Installing a liner fixed several issues most of which included the likelihood of a chimney fire. Because this A-frame cabin is rented, I can't ensure what wood is being burned or how well the fireplace insert we added to increase efficiency was being cleaned. Annual-- biannual cleaning and inspection by Chimney Sweeps has kept this primary heat source functioning at its best. I love their service, communication, the report comes complete with pictures of the inside of the fireplace and chimney so areas of possible issue can be tracked from year to year for change. Great combination of old technology (brush scrubbing) and new (video close up inspection).

I have a wood fireplace insert almost 18 years old. This company has been cleaning my insert for the past 5 years. They do and excellent job and are very clean when they do it. They send you photos of your chimney before and after cleaning. The price is very reasonable. I have them clean my insert yearly, so I get an additional discount. This is the absolute best experience I have ever had with hiring a company. Everyone i have dealt with has been professional and friendly. From the initial appointment for a free estimate (reminder call of 3 hour window when they would show up, phone call that day to let me know on the way), to the detailed estimate with pictures of the problems with our chimney AND photos of other work they had performed similar to what we would need, Then the team that showed up to do the work (gave me a 2 hour window, reminder call day before, call day of when on the way) in the blazing hot sun were amazing. Highly skilled masons, extremely careful when deconstructing the chimney cap, complete clean up, explained every step of the process. Had a couple of additional questions and received immediate feedback, options from the company. Did not try to upsell me on items that were not necessary for our particular situation. On top of being highly skilled, everyone, from scheduling, estimating, actual work, front office were all super friendly and accommodating. And price was extremely fair and reasonable.

Chimney Sweeps Of America converted our coal fire place to gas unit and capped our chimney a year ago.
Everything looks great, works great, and has the proper permits.
They were able to fit the unit into the pre-existing mantle (top, sides, and front), and it looks like it was all built together. I was concerned we’d need to hire a carpenter to make everything look good and that was not the case.
The installation was quick (I believe it only took one day), and they were very responsive/ easy to coordinate with.
They’re fairly priced given their reputation. The cheaper options we found when doing our research were unlicensed individuals or very new companies with no track record. With a significant project, we wanted confidence that it would be done correctly, and we were very pleased with Chimney Sweeps.
Also, they put us on their recurring schedule for periodic cleanings and inspections, which are priced fairly, and now we don’t need to worry about remembering/ finding somebody to complete that service.
I would recommend Chimney Sweeps without hesitation.
