This is where I live. It's taken some time and my apt neededs to be updated but I've grown to love this place. I really hope when it comes to signing my next lease they might consider updating my apartment so I can stay here the girls in the office of the best, they're kind very efficient and they're very eager to help. Excellent service regarding a call I made to the Office at Cabrillo. The maintenance came quickly to fix my screen door that was off the track and they measured me for a new patio storage door. The maintenance man that came to my apartment was nice, respectful, quick and took care of the problems efficiently. He was very polite and knew exactly what he had to do to fix the 2 issues. I did not have to keep calling the office. They were right on it. My screen door is working perfectly and he ordered me a new storage door. The service is outstanding at Cabrillo. Along with the office staff, they work as a team. And, the office team is always there to help you. Ira, even helped me get my license plates off my car and put the temporary on. And Jennifer, called Liberty Mutual when I was having a hard time getting proof of renter’s insurance. 5 stars for jobs well done!!!!

I love living here! The place is so beautiful and the landscaping is amazing. There's a ton of wildlife and the people are friendly. Ira made it so easy to move in here, if it wasn't for him; we wouldn't be here today. All of the management staff is great as well. Everytime I need anything, they are on top of it w their great maintenance team. I definitely made the right choice to move here. Made some great friends cooking at the pool too!
