I have used Breezecome before for our other HVAC needs. They have responded very quickly and was able to send someone asap to replace our furnace. Specially when it was negative 11 outside. We were able to take advantage of the free rebate for the heat pump. I spoke to Eric on the phone and was very knowledgeable and patient with me in providing information. He had given us some options and was not salesy at all. Our technician, Ali was also great and greeted us with a smile. He was also very oatient and made sure everything was installed properly. Very professional service from both the rep and the installation technician. We needed our furnace replaced right in the middle of a snow storm.
