We had an amazing experience with Misty Drubert at Bloom Consulting. She worked with my daughter, formed a bond with her, and really understood the type of position that would work for her. As my daughter is on the autism spectrum, this can be challenging. As of now, my daughter has been employed at a position that she loves for approximately 1.5 years. Bloom Consulting has helped give my son the opportunity of employment that at one time we were not certain he would ever achieve. They are professional and compassionate. LaDon was supportive, knowledgeable and ready to help our Jacob from the get go. Janna has been the advocate for Jacob walking side by side giving him the support and confidence he needed to gain employment. She truly cares about her client. Weeks have passed and she has answered questions, continued follow up on site visits and helped be the voice needed to help Jacob thru the first few weeks of employment. I can not say enough great things about Janna’s extra efforts and the support provided by Bloom Consulting.
