This was a new install and came on a family recommendation. AZ Alarm is family-owned (we like to support local businesses.) They were responsive and on time for the install. They asked questions to make sure we were comfortable with equipment locations. The job was cleanly done and they explained all aspects of the system and made sure we were comfortable with the needed apps. All good for us and you should consider them as well.
