Jay did an excellent job of representing us in our purchase. He was always responsive, answered our calls, and went above and beyond in helping us resolve issues. He even helped coordinate getting logistics handled and letting people into the unit for us sice we were travelling during much if the process. Ultimately, his advice and diligence helped us secure a fair and good deal and produced a cery smooth closing process.
