My wife and I brought in an art print and several photo prints to be framed, and the experience could not have been better. We worked with Gloria on everything and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable- we picked out custom frames, mats, colors, sizes, and glass for all of our projects. The attention to detail, professionalism, and service were all over the top. Once the projects were completed, we noticed that the art print didn't lay totally flat under the glass and upon inquiring about some solutions for it with Trevor (the owner), he asked us to bring the print/frame back in and they had it re-mounted using a different method and looking perfect within just a day or two at no cost. I could not recommend AUM enough for all of your custom framing needs. They will take great care of you!

Nikki was fabulous. We brought in three pieces for framing, and she quickly pulled a few appropriate options from their vast wall of frame samples. I have used AUM many times to frame everything from artwork on original canvasses that had to be stretched, limited edition poster artwork and just simple sentimental posters. They are great at suggesting the right framing option that will best show off your artwork. They are also willing to work with you to achieve options that are within your budget. The most recent piece of art they framed for me was an oil painting. There painting had minor but very noticeable damage (chips in the paint so that the white canvass was showing through). they did a beautiful job of repairing it before they framed it. Great work, and great people to deal with.

I have used AUM for framing on and off for the last quarter-century. They always do a spectacular job; the lead designer has terrific visual sense, talks with me about what can work, never seems rushed (is happy to play around with mats and frames very patiently to get it right), and is also clear about cost. They also under-promise and over-delivery in terms of timeliness, which I really appreciate. Yes, they are more expensive than the online frame businesses, but they are absolutely worth it.

Professionalism of the phone interaction was confirmation I had called the right place. It just got better when I took a complicated Asian piece for them to frame. My first time getting anything custom framed and this place exceeded my expectations. I had no idea what I was doing/looking for, but Jeff was so helpful, knowledgable, and professional. He has great style/taste and knew exactly what to do with my piece and how to keep it within my budget. I'm in love with my piece of art. Considering I've never been to other custom framing places, it's hard to provide a comparison, but my first experience was so great that I will not try anywhere else. The finished product is absolutely perfect! One of the gals there did an amazing job at choosing a frame and matting colors that worked beautifully. And not something I would have chosen myself. I will enjoy it for many years to come!! Would have given 5 stars if it weren't almost twice as expensive as I thought it would be (even though I knew it'd be expensive to get it done right). I don't get things professionally framed often at all, so could be my expectations were not set appropriately.

Jeff spent over an hour with me to advise and help me with selecting the perfect custom frame and french mat for the etching I brought back from France....and I was just a walk in with no appointment! I had the absolute best experience at AUM Framing. I have never had anything professionally framed, so I didn't know what to expect when I stopped by on a rainy Saturday. I met with Jeff and he was so welcoming, kind, professional and REALLY knew what he was doing. He was excited about the project, my two paintings, and really chose frames that made the pieces stand out. He took time from his work to explain the framing process, show me different pieces at the studio and took such interest in my artwork. It made my first framing experience so fun and memorable. I have been using AUM Framing for custom framing of my mosaic art. The staff has an amazing eye for color and drama--and also for holding back when the framing could overwhelm a piece. These guys do really beautiful work. I had a very large print framed here recently and was amazed that it was made to look even more incredible than before. I’m still awed by it. It wasn’t cheap, but it was worth it. I don’t remember the name of the guy who helped me decide on the colors and textures for the frame and matting, but we stood there together for over an hour looking through material. He had a great eye for color and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend AUM to anyone in need of a high quality custom frame and plan to use them again in the near future.
