As an update:
I received a phone call from the company one week after I called and they gave me a quote to remove my fuel oil tank from the ground they gave me a fair price and when I called the company a second time around I was able to speak with one of their representatives who is able to answer a lot of my silly questions very professionally and I'm happy now with the services I received I will definitely do business with these folks in the future when I'm ready to remove my underground fuel oil tank-Henry Gonzalez - Posted Jan 26, 2021

Every aspect of my experience with this company was top notch. I placed a call to schedule a septic inspection and tank sweep. Customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The day of the appointment we had Matt as our service tech and he was just phenomenal. He showed up on time, was very thorough, personable, and had no problem answering all our questions and explaining all the problems he found multiple times. He searched the yard multiple times to find an oil tank he suspected was there. The company as a whole delivered on everything promised, had outstanding customer service, and was easy to get in touch with. The reports showed up the day promised and were clear and concise. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for these services!

Extremely good company to deal with. We've been using them for years and every single time have received prompt and courteous service. Their technicians are very well trained and answered every question i've had. My current tech went out of his way to explain exactly how everything works and what i could personally do to prevent any issues. I needed a quick removal of the oil tank from under my front yard that I wasn't even new to exist. Few calls to different companies and none was able to fit in my timeline (selling house, closing date in 3 weeks). Found ERC online, made the call and was pleasantly surprised by their willingness to accommodate my schedule. I called Thursday, they got the permit on Friday and removed the tank next week on Wednesday. The job was done in a very professional manner and I have nothing but praise to everyone involved in the project. Payment ls prearranged and paid on theirs website and easy to use. Highly recommend.
