I would like to note this office turned an unfortunate situation pleasant to work with. The office staff Susan placed my nerves at ease with her smile and mild mannerisms. I really appreciate the caring atmosphere at such a time of getting your loved ones out of jail. The owner Andy Callif sets the tone by explaining step by step what takes place during this time as well as someone from their office being available should a person have any questions or concerns after the office is closed while waiting until the release which can happen up to 3am the next morning.
