I cannot recommend AllStates Services enough. We got hit from the roof to the basement in last week’s storm. It’s very emotional and hard to deal with. AllStates walked us through every step. They came over that day and gave us a few options on how to proceed. Obviously there is a lot of stress when dealing with money due to water damage. We were able to salvage a lot because they got in and got their equipment working quickly. Bonnie, Tom, Selda, Kailyn, Anthony, Mason and Dan went above and beyond to help us. They didn’t rush us or anything. They came back to check on the basement and explained even more. I give them the highest review. I would highly recommend AllStates Restoration. They were responsible and took pride in making me as the customer happy. I felt like they were on my team, and when the insurance company did not cooperate, AllStates was right there in my corner. I had a leak in my garage during the cold December months in 2021, where a good chunk of the ceiling and side wall were soaked and starting to show some mold. The process was really easy and the completion of the job was thoroughly done properly until all the wood was completely dry.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of Allstate Restorations service - they came to my house promptly and placed multiple powerful dehumidifiers in my basement which had been flooded. They used sensors to see inside walls where they detected moisture and performed tests of the air to measure any mold that may have existed. They removed and disposed of wet carpet. I was particularly impressed with Kay who removed the carpet that went up the stairs in an hour including removing and replacing a safety gate. Mason and Justin did various procedures (carpet removal and testing) in a highly professional way. I would recommend Allstate to anyone needing restoration service.

We had our plumbers out to repair a kitchen leak—which also leaked into the basement. Plumbers recommended AllState and sent them our way. Very quick response time, came prepared to contain and repair my home. No waiting for another appointment. Carl walked me through what they do, and why. They found the water damage was pretty extensive. They set up monitors to record daily drying activity, and sent daily emails so everyone involved stayed informed. Al was always available for any questions I had, and sent someone to reconfigure the drying chambers when needed to remain most effective Their fast response and attention to details saved my house from a much worse case scenario. After hearing nightmares from friends in similar situations, I’m very glad I had Allstate on my side to help navigate this scary and overwhelming process. The girls in the office are great, and never miss a detail or beat, and the workers they send to your house are fast, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall very satisfied—while I hope I never need them again-I know they are the only company I will use should I ever have a house issue again!

I had mold growing in the home for the past 7-8 months it got so bad to where me my wife and daughter would get sick often. Received a quote with all states and they are very professional with how they do there job. Price may be a little expensive but it is best to get the proper work done. They did a whole house remediation for me, all the workers were nice and respectful I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come out to my home. The work took about a week but they are very flexible with there schedules

The guys at Allstates Restoration were absolute heroes on the day my basement flooded due to sump pump failure. They not only quickly and efficiently removed the 3"+ of water from my 1000 sq ft finished basement but they also helped to find the source of the flooding. They worked with the plumbers and my claims agent to help me navigate this situation.

Allstate’s reaction time, attention to detail and professionalism has been phenomenal during this very difficult ordeal. I had a leak under my bath tub that went into a crawl space under my house. My homeowners insurance company was reluctant in approving necessary steps in securing my home and the safety and wellness of my children. Carl from Allstate has been an amazing advocate as he is extremely knowledgeable when handling the ins and outs of insurance. He was able to walk me through the process and ease my concerns. Bonnie has helped me out on several occasions. On a few of those occasions she didn't make a penny. She truly is concerned and supportive and has come out to evaluate each of my water emergencies and assessed them honestly. She worked with my insurance company directly and at the end of the experience I felt that i was dealt with fairly and effecrively. All State is thorough and responsive. They took care of my remediation while i was on vacation. I had called other companies and they were quoting astronomical fees before even evaluating my damage in person. Had a kitchen fire just a couple of days before Christmas. After the fire was extinguished by fire department, I reached out to AllStates Cleaning & Restoration Services. Their professionalism was demonstrated as within an hour they had a team on the premises assessing and evaluating the extent of the damage not only to the kitchen, but to the whole house. They drew up a plan of action on the spot and within 2 hours they had in place about 10 pieces of heavy duty equipment to purify the air and remove the odor in the house. The following 2 days, they had a 10 man crew cleaning and wiping down everything that was exposed to the soot/odor caused by the fire, including arranging to clean the duct work throughout the house.
Because of them, my family was able to enjoy the Christmas holiday.
Allstates exhibited all the attributes of a company anyone would want to do business with. They were understanding to my needs with the holiday approaching, available and willing to answer any and all my questions, very prompt and courteous, removed the burnt up appliances and explained what they were doing every step of the way.
There management of the entire situation was superb. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
