We found Allexus on the internet thru Zillow and we are so glad we did. Allexus was so patient while my wife and I looked at so many homes in the Vegas area. We rejected so many and took months until Allexus found the right home for us. As soon as we found our new house we listed our old house through Allexus who had already done the preparation for our listing. We had a contract on our old house within 4 days and closed escrow on both homes in about 30 days! Allexus was patient, knowledgeable, worked great with other realtors and was very professional. Allexus is absolutely wonderful to work with. It's like having a friend on the "inside" that is working for you. She kept us in the loop with available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new listing came on the market. Which led us to buying our new home. During the process of buying the new home, Allexus sold our home we were currently living in at the time within 3-4 days. She was thorough and professional.
