My husband and I were in a bind and we needed a car fast to be able to take our son to his very important doctor's appointments. They were quick to respond and walk us through the process. The people who leave negative reviews I don't understand because they tell you everything you need to do and it's a simple process. If you do all of that you are very quickly in a rental. From the time of contact we were in the rental within 45 mins. Although they are very nice you don't actually come into contact with them but that's cool with me because I'm introverted lol. The process could be a little quicker to actually rent and more simple to pay. But other than that the overall experience was great. The vehicle was clean and well kept. 10/10 recommend using A1 for rentals.
