Marcus, Kyle, and Carl helped us move from our two-bed apartment on the second level to a separate unit on the third story of another building. They were amazing! They were wonderful people who never grumbled about their work. Everything they packed was in good shape when we got at our new address. They have VERY low prices, and the employees they choose look to be trustworthy. This past weekend, we moved, and it was wonderful! They were really efficient and handled many of our fragile items with great care. On a busy weekend with several activities, we moved out of downtown Phoenix, yet they were still on schedule and dealt with a lot of unforeseen issues extremely swiftly. The way I ended up with this moving company is the most ridiculous, Twilight Zone-y experience ever but after all is said and done, I am so happy it worked out this way.
I had movers scheduled for Saturday and they didn't show. On Sunday morning I looked around on Thumbtack for movers and came across another company that I thought I called. Somehow I got in touch with Diane from A to Z who called me by my first name from the start. She said they would be there around 2 depending on the morning job. They were exactly on time. Diane had also mentioned she would be available by phone until 5pm for anything I might need.
Mike and David moved me and they were incredible. It was 100 degrees that day. They were so great. They communicated well with me AND with each other. They worked very well together and when they ran into an issue they worked it out easily. My space was complicated for the furniture as well (stairs and too bulky for the room).

The crew was on time super friendly, great attitude, and never backed down as it wasn’t an easy move. We were moving out of an upstairs apartment with some rather large furniture pieces and they got them out quickly and safely. Great booking process and great communication all the way through. I don't write reviews. But I feel the need to for this organization. I had a very pressing need to move into my new apartment with no notice to accommodate my wife being released from the hospital. The woman who answered the phone listened to my situation, asked for a call back number and told me she would see what she could do. Not 5 minutes later she said I'd have movers at my door first thing the next morning. They arrived 20 minutes before they said they would. They were professional, courteous and personable. My belongings were completely wrapped in protective materials and arrived in exactly the same condition they were picked up in. During my move, Bruce and Kyle were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. They labored tirelessly and moved all of my belongings from my previous residence to my new home in the new location. I was especially impressed by their careful attention to protecting the furniture, walls, and floors throughout the process, especially considering the high temperatures that can be expected in Arizona during the summer. As soon as Marcus and his crew arrived, they began to work. They made the transfer extremely simple! We were employing professional movers for the first time, and the service was excellent. Marcus kept us informed throughout the relocation process and while traveling to the final location. Our boxes were removed so quickly by them that we hardly had time to finish packing them! They brought items out carefully through the stairways because we were moving from a townhouse with multiple levels.
