I have had this shower for 6 yrs. It had one part broken and he sent it to me right away. I have recommended this shower to other people and I tell them that it is a little bit aggravating to put together. I also tell them to price out someone building a floor, walls, shower doors, etc and usually it is a minimum of $5000 and up. Excellent customer service, one part was broken and two days after the replacement was on my front door, shower is really nice have to many gadgets for the price.
