Hello, I am writing this review to tell you as possible future Dilmak customers as to the 4 stars that I give this comp any. I have been a Dilmak customer for a little over 10 years. The customer service crew and their supervisor are pleasant and happy to greet you. They do not pressure you for your business and they are friendly and professional and they are on top of their game when it comes to keeping up with your reminders for spring and fall cleaning. To those ladies thank you for your service. I would like to thank the HVac crew James who had recently came out to do my annual fall cleaning. Hvac James is very knowledgeable, friendly polite and professional and will explain how repairs,parts and warranty apply and will offer options with no pressure or explain thoroughly why it is necessary. Therefore I would request his service each time in the near future if he and those he trains will be with Dilmak Heating and Air service. And shout out to Superviser/ Crew Manager Mike who inspects the big jobs after his crews finishes He takes pride on their work. Thank you for keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
