What a professional experience I had. It was .exceptional from the staff who greeted me at the window to the staff who escorted me into the room and inputted some information into the computer. Very personable. Friendly to the point no wasting time. Time is very important to me and each person who assisted me made sure that I was heard my concerns and what they were able to do for me and they did it all in a very efficient and quick manner.
