You know how sometimes a med spa can be very intimidating. Especially for women of a certain age. But I must say, my experience with Jess was exceptional. She took the time to sit with me answer all my questions, explore multiple options, listen to my concerns and respond with knowledge and patience that is rarely found in today’s business world. What a gem. Highly recommend.
